A generated image now carries three separate claims about where it came from.
Gemini stamps an image three ways — a visible sparkle, an invisible SynthID frequency signal woven into the pixels, and a C2PA manifest in the file's metadata. GPTWatermarker takes all three off: the logo reconstructed by reverse alpha-blending rather than blurred over, the SynthID signal neutralised server-side, the credentials lifted from the header — so the image reads as clean to a person and to the systems that scan for provenance.
The sparkle logo is removed by reverse alpha blending — the pixels beneath rebuilt mathematically, not smudged — in under a second, in the browser.
SynthID's frequency-domain watermark, the one that survives compression and cropping, is cleared server-side with live job status and signed downloads.
C2PA content credentials are lifted out of the file header, where stock libraries and platforms read them automatically.
